01Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your key goes back to the free plan.
02Can I change plan?
Yes, from your account. A move up starts at once; a move down starts at the next renewal.
03Do I keep my key?
Yes. The plan belongs to your account, so the same key reads further back the moment the payment is confirmed.
04How do yearly plans work?
You pay for 10 months and get twelve. The year renews on the same day unless you cancel.
05What shows on my card statement?
DEVELOPERDATA.NET. Billing questions go to developerdata.net/support.
06What about refunds?
Ask through the refund form on the refunds page; we answer every request there.
