Baseball Data API Refunds

Refunds

When we refund, and how to ask. Last updated 31 October 2026.

The short version

Cancel any time from your account; access runs to the end of the period already paid, and the unused part is not paid back. We refund when the mistake is ours: a charge made twice, a charge after a cancellation had taken effect, or a fault on our side that stopped the API working and that we could not fix.

How it works

  1. Cancel from Billing if you want to stop the plan.
  2. Ask for a refund with the form below (never by email).
  3. The answer comes in My tickets on Support, and by email.

An approved refund goes back to the card it came from through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days. A refund cancels any partner commission on that sale. Please talk to us before a chargeback: while a card dispute is open, the account can be paused.

Sign in to ask for a refund, so we can find the charge on your account and answer you here and by email.
