Every list takes page (from 1) and per_page (50 unless set, at most 200). The first answer's meta carries count, page, per_page, total, total_pages, next_page and prev_page.

Game lists also give next_cursor: send it back as cursor to read on without counting the total again, which keeps long ranges fast. A cursor answer carries only count and next_cursor.
